MULTITASKING? DETRIMENTAL TO YOUR HEALTH?

Alot of our jobs, careers, demand that we multi-task to get things done.  However, with my own opinion before reading this article, and just being reinforced about my opinion, doing multi-tasking is wearing us down!  I might be slower in getting things done or completed, but I rather make sure things are done right and not having to come back later and fix my problem.
